A dynamic approach for Barcelona

In a society where globalization, migration and economic shifts are changing rapidly the cities urban inequalities and segregation methods seems to be obsolete. How can we measure this rapid changes in a more dynamic and adaptative way so we can understand the metabolism of the cities? How can Big Data inform urban policies to tackle with accuracy the action programmes of the City?
