The Voxel Quarantine Cabin is the collective final project of the 2019-2020 Master in Advanced Ecological Buildings & Biocities program, which will be constructed by the students over the months of July and August using cross-laminated timber manufactured on site at Valldaura Labs with fully traceable wood harvested from the surrounding forest, and equipped with fully-functional, entirely off-grid renewable energy, cyclical water, food production and waste composting systems.

MAEBB students design and construct their own full-scale, self-sufficient advanced ecological building
