Gridded Earth House System is a project for an evolutive housing model based on the participation of the local users that develop both the design solution and the construction of a small community neighborhood. Prior to the construction of any 3d printed earth surface, the project\u2019s initial action is the installation of a regular 3dimensional spatial grid that fulfills several functions: it is the structure on which the 3d printing robots operate: its dimensions are defined so that printers can access any part of the enclosed volume. Its vertical and horizontal organization are used to provide access of services – water and electricity – throughout the system. Finally, this 3 dimensional euclidean domain is a basic spatial matrix of 6×6 meters which is then subdivided into rooms, patios and pockets of shared public and private spaces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
